Founded in 2013, weloveIT services and support (Pty) Ltd offers flexible IT support, professional IT project delivery and expert IT advice. We support small and medium-sized businesses throughout South Africa and Internationally. With two offices, Johannesburg and Cape Town we are able to support multi-branch organizations as well.
weloveIT.co.za helps clients improve organisational and individual performance by leveraging well-managed IT infrastructure, backed up by expert IT support and advice.
Ours is a flexible approach. We can act as a client’s IT department or supplement an existing IT function. In both cases, we aim to create long-term partnerships that add value through a combination of high quality day-to-day support, expert project delivery and well considered strategic advice.
Company History
Jared Kallie, currently Director of weloveIT problem solved (Pty) Ltd, founded wedoIT.co.za as a Sole-Prop in June 2005. The company serviced small business and home users with a range of onsite support, hardware and software as well as IT strategy. “Service delivery”, says Mr. Kallie, “is the reason people will refer, grow and trust in our business. We deliver no less than perfection and so our customers expect the same”.

Tried and tested partnerships ensure the service standards flow through. Contractors are vetted and trained on weloveIT service and support protocols to ensure customers get the same great WELOVEIT FEEL. Our contractors are on a retained basis with registered PTY LTD older than 4yrs. All contractual work is signed off by a senior member of the weloveIT staff for quality assurance. In special cases weloveIT is able to source, vet and train support staff in remote locations abroad. We are well versed in Africa, the UK, Australia and the American territories. With internet access our team are able to support clients anywhere on the globe.

As a growing IT Service and Support provider we have begun testing the waters of external investment. We are looking for like minded business partners/investors to grant access to new revenue models through strategic alliances, inject capital growth based on our tried and tested formula or take a stake in our successes.

Total Income vs. Total Expenses: We see that Expenses have always been lower than Income, allowing the company to make an operating profit. When analysing the linear forecasts of this graph we see that the projected income by contact is increasing at a faster rate than the projected expenses by contact. This means that the company should observe larger operating profits over time. Average Income & Expenses by Contact + Count: Averages were calculated excluding 0 values as there are many 0 values in each year and these would skew the data negatively. We see a dip in average income by contact in 2016 and 2017; however, this is countered with an increase in non-zero contacts in the same years. So although less income was received on average per contact, weloveIT spent received income from more contacts. A similar pattern can be observed when analysing Average expenses and the non-zero expense count. In general we see an increase in average income with an increase of contacts the company will receive income from and a decrease in average expenses with a decrease in the number of contacts weloveIT spends money with.
