GONE FISHING DECEMBER 2018

Dear Customers,

It is hard to believe that December is upon us and that 2019 is quickly approaching.
We want to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support during this year and look forward to helping you support and grow your IT infrastructure and company in 2019.

We also want to take this opportunity to inform you that we will be taking a small break in December to get some rest, reflect on the amazing year we have all had, and to welcome in the new year with our loved ones.
Our break will begin on Friday the 21st of December 2018 at 1pm and we will be returning to work on Monday the 7th of January 2019 at 7am.
During this time, as always, we will have technicians on Standby to assist with any emergencies and you can get hold of them by calling our offices and leaving an emergency voicemail.

To the accounts department, our billing will be working slightly different in December. All Services, Hardware, and SLA Agreements for December will be billed on the 14thof December 2018. Any support, emergency support, Top Ups, or additional charges for December will be billed upon our return on the 7th of January 2019.
