Our Two Main Support Styles:
1. We have a Minimum Hours Agreement (Min 2 Support Hours a Month + 1 Service Item)
Support when you need it. Additional support over and above the minimum will be billed as the below billing rates.
Billing Rate Plan: Standard
Remote Support – R418/hr billed in 15min Increments (5min free)
Onsite Support – R495/hr billed in 15min Increments
After Hours/Emergency Support – 1.5 x Standard Rates
Agreement Term: 90 Day Cancellation Policy
Billing Cycle: In-Arears / Current
Supervisor: Dedicated Supervisor Assigned to you as a Customer
Responsible Technician: Dedicated Support Technician Assigned to you as a Customer
2. We have a Fixed Hours Agreement (Min 2 Support Hours a Month + 1 Service Item)
Scheduled Support Visits and Quarterly Reporting Included
Billing Rate Plan: Standard
Remote Support – R418/hr billed in 15min Increments (5min free)
Onsite Support – R495/hr billed in 15min Increments
After Hours/Emergency Support – 1.5 x Standard Rates
Agreement Term: 90 Day Cancellation Policy
Billing Cycle: In-Arears / Current
Supervisor: Dedicated Supervisor Assigned to you as a Customer
Responsible Technician: Dedicated Support Technician Assigned to you as a Customer
